These will become my go-to pancake recipe.
I ate them with maple syrup only because I don’t have a lot of time but I look forward to trying the maple syrup with apples another day.

Served with cinnamon syrup, caramel sauce, glazed pecans, sauteed apples (different recipe) and homemade whipped cream.

I like the silver dollar idea! Great with fresh blueberries too. Made my own buttermilk and it worked fine!
