		<description>Thanks for this receipe.  I love bananas and I love cornbread, so this is the one receipe I found on the internet.  It turned out nice.  I added a 1/3 cup of flaxseed meal to the dry ingredients, and 1/2 cup crushed walnuts.  Since, I am vegan, I added soymilk insted of milk, and I suppose you using applesauce to replace egg here right?  How does that work exactly?  Thanks, virginia, L.A. Macrobiotic chef</description>
