I had a couple bites and thought that it was fairly decent, but nowhere near as wonderful as the crepes served up at Beau Monde because the crepes at Profi’s are made with white or wheat flour rather than the traditional buckwheat.

I've always MUCH preferred Le Beau Monde -- thanks for explaining why! (Aside from the wonderfulness of sitting out on the patio on Bainbridge St. on a beautiful weekend morning...)

I find myself frequenting RTM mostly towards the end of the week, for the PA Dutch merchants -- pretzel-wrapped eggs from Fisher's or French toast at the Dutch Eating Place for a Saturday breakfast, white potato salad from Glick's, etc. Or, of course, shopping at the Fair Food Farmstand since I volunteer there. ;)
