A quick rundown: - Rudy's - quick in-town BBQ ordered by weight. Get the moist brisket, chicken, creamed corn and pudding. - Kreutz's - also a bit of a drive from Austin, but really good meat. No BBQ sauce here. Who cares about sides? The meat is so tasty. - Salt Like - bit of a drive out of town, but you can get the all you can eat plates. I'm a fan of the sauce, cole slaw and potato salad. You can also get this at the airport.
