I know I can always count on this place to present beautiful dishes that satisfy and also tease my tasebuds with new flavors. That includes the drink selection--seaweed beer, really? I do enjoy spicy food but since I'm starting to genuinely appreciate vegetables for their own tastes (rather than as a side dish), I like that the beet salad tastes like beet and the avocado cream isn't overwhelmed by cilantro, etc. Horizons is definitely in my Philadelphia top five.
