i think that fish is called ca dieu hong. i had it once in nha trang, we were eating at a "quan" that was located under the bridges, and boy oh boy was that meal expensive. we ordered the fish, still living and it was 250,000 a kilo, the fish was over 2 kilos! with drinks and everything, the meal cost over 50 dollars, we didnt even order anything other than the fish, and the restaurant decor was street food quality at its best.
