		<description>Hello
I just stumbled upon your blog from Noodlepie and just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to write and take great pictures. I was born in Vietnam and now live in a a VERY small town in Canada where exotic is the sweet and sour pork at the local "chinese" food smorgasbord. The pictures and details really help me reminisce about what real Vietnamese food is and inspires me to make my own.
Keep up the great work, you never know who is living / eating vicariously through you!!

take care.
