		<description>I had this "lau" when I came back a few years ago. It is quite a chore to eat this hotpot since you have to de-bone the fish and there isn't a lot of meat on each fish :) Also, the smell can be overwhelming for non-fishlovers.

I also had eel hotpot or "lau luon" and it was a better choice for me since there was no bone, the eels were really meaty, and the soup was uber-flavorful - something in between of Thai hotpot and Vietnamese "canh chua".</description>
