Hi Gastronomer, I already try the one recomended by "noodlepie" in 37 Nguyen Trai street.
I also try the com tam moc. But I found the com tam 234 in the Xo Viet Nghe Tinh is very delicious also, even the place is very crowded, without AC..
Through your website I can found very "ngon" food, thank you :)

Hari - Our favorite banh mi thit nuong vendor is extremely difficult to track down at a specific time and place. He always seems to be rolling around. Your best bet is to carry along as you normally would, and stumble upon street vendors that are doing business rather than try to track down this vendor.

For this seller after crossing the Ong Lanh Bridge, where he will stop?, or he just walk around to sell his banh mi?

Thanks

[...] After lunch, we headed to the market to look around and score some more eats. I bought lots of fruit, while The Astronomer procured cookies (banh kep) and a barbecued meatball sandwich (banh mi nem nuong - top row, center). The sandwich was good, but his heart remains true to the banh mi thit nuong in District 4. [...]

I was never a big fan of bacon for breakfast, actually. It always kind of grossed me out. But it's true, it doesn't get any more Western than that :)

I don't think grilled pork for breakfast is strange. What about bacon? :)
