Thipsamai prides on their Pad Thai, premium-priced as they may be, they attract even the locals (mostly locals) to their restaurant.
and supposedly the BEST in Bangkok. or even Thailand.

But the dish is sweet. Beats me! But its damn good! I’m gonna have to try your way of making it (I saw it in another blog entry.) We use this 5 spice packet or something also in ours. But yours seems easier!
