I am still drooling just looking at the photos of the food dishes...virtually delicious

And the street vender stalls are constant reminders of my choldhood of Saigon street venders just outside of my school...can't wait to actually go back and visit Saigon.

Good job on scouting for us, guys!!

Keep on traveling and dining fine authentic Viet food.

Cheers :)

Hi food-lovers, I'm amazed at the numerous kinds + amount of food you guys know and have tried so far. I normally don't read that much about food-travel or bloggings on food, but I am stuck to your site and just cannot turn of my PC w/o leaving a comment. Really !!! I love your writings on food in Vietnam and China n Thailand so so much !!! I just keep reading and clicking and reading, despite of the fact that I am already exhausted of reading today :D lol You must know that your blog and pictures are more than powerful !!!!
I am a Vietnamese who was born and grew up in Hanoi, and now studying abroad in Finland. It's not like CA, where there're a number of Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants to dig in, and you may have no idea how I've always been craving for our mutual homey food. This even increases the urge for food in me, but I can bear with what, I can fill up my eyes first, eating virtually :D

Anyway thanks a lot for sharing all the great fooding (stuffing:D) experiences and also for ur effort to take all the pictures :D

Good luck n Take care ;)
