		<description><![CDATA[hey, the lechon you ordered is called lechon kawali. :) just differntiating it from lechon, which is the grilled one, it&#039;s skin is very crispy and red and the meat very tender. Lechon kawali is deep fried pork (as you can see from the oil blisters on the pig&#039;s skin)

if ever you come by the philippines again, you should try Cebu lechon (which you can buy in Fort Bonifacio but i suggest you try visiting Cebu City).:) it&#039;s different from the usual lechon in manila.:)

and you&#039;re better off buying buko pie from a store there because its much more yummier and fresher than the ones sold by the vendors.:) enjoyed best when warm.:D
