		<description><![CDATA[&lt;strong&gt;Anh &lt;/strong&gt;- I assure you that I will eat my heart out in Beijing. Hopefully you&#039;ll do the same during your upcoming visit! Mmm, Peking duck!

&lt;strong&gt;Su Lin&lt;/strong&gt; - The Astronomer and I are going back to the handmade noodle joint tonight. I plan on making a video of his masterful techniques. Maybe it will help your home preparations ;-)

&lt;strong&gt;Foodhoe &lt;/strong&gt;- There&#039;s just SO much food here that after three full days of eating, I feel like we still haven&#039;t scratched the surface. This country really is a culinary adventure.

&lt;strong&gt;Cousin&lt;/strong&gt;- I love the variety of foods served on a stick too! Most countries seem to just stick meat, but here they add tofu and veggies to the mix which I really appreciate! Kunming seems to be the land of rice noodles. I promise to eat mi and dim sum before this run is over.

&lt;strong&gt;Boots &lt;/strong&gt;- That goat cheese is TOTALLY worth freaking out over! There are some recipes on the &#039;net, I think I&#039;ll have to try making it when I return home because I can&#039;t imagine life without it ;-)

&lt;strong&gt;lirelou &lt;/strong&gt;- I highly recommend a detour through Kunming! The food is awesome, the people are nice and the pace of life just feels right.]]></description>

Unfortunately, we could not get a re-entry permit within a day, so they refused to cross over into Heiku without us. They took lots of pictures of the border, to show the folks back home in Tam Vu (out of Can Tho), but were more interested in the Chinese goods in Lao Cai&#039;s central market. Your post have given me a great idea for a trip up to Kunming. They didn&#039;t particularly care for Hanoi food, but I&#039;ll bet they find something of interest in Kunming. I&#039;ve greatly enjoyed your blog, so hopefully you&#039;ll be back.]]></description>
