Beautiful. It looks wonderful and doesn't sound too complicated. Must add this to my list of things to make.
Never heard of Chinese sausage but it looks amazing.

previously I thought I liked bacon more than chinese sausages, but I did find a very good seller in Chinatown and I am now a big fan. Good thing the astronomer reminded us about this recipe as I was in need of some guidance!

I've never made fried rice with the egg pancake method, but I like it. I may give it a try next time. Thanks!

Boots - Anytime! Let me know how it turns out if you give it a try. I'm always looking to improve my recipe writing ;-)

foodhoe - Intuitively, I'd say bacon goes well with everything. But with this recipe, I'd stick with the Chinese sausages.

ooh very bright and cheerful looking, I wonder if I could replace the snausages with bacon? Does bacon go well with fish sauce?

Looks great - way lighter than a lot of fried rice dishes you see around here! I like the addition of the egg strips instead of mixing in the cooked egg. Thanks for the step-by-step recipe!
