Curious - I wholeheartedly agree! The Astronomer had to pay for his ticket, but received a free pass to California Adventure, so that was most excellent.

That looks like SO much fun. And what a surprise that Disney didn’t include reams of fine print!

We used to have a bakery here in Austin called ba le, that’s since so sadly closed – they were our first exposure to the Viet sammich. We even did a post about it… one of our first, so it’s sort of dorky. http://bootsintheoven.typepad.com/boots_in_the_oven/2005/03/well_ba_le.html

How fitting that I’m the first to comment! I am very excited to be mentioned in your awesome blog. The post did create a mad craving for banh mi, though. =) I did want to mention that I’ll be back in the SGV for a week starting on the 7th. Might you and the Astronomer be interested in meeting up somewhere for dinner? I’m sure you’ll notice me stuffing my face full of noodles and Vietnamese food.
