Those people are incompetent. Most chefs in SF's best restaurants won't hire CCA grads! Also, I have a pack of Benton's bacon in my freezer, for some BLTs tomorrow. It's really good, but REALLY smokey. Burgermeister sucks. Next time you're in SF, try the burger at Spruce. Better than Rouge (though not quite Palena's in DC), IMO. Also, never got the big deal over June's jams. Wine only enhances the dining experience if you can afford it! If price is not an issue, though, I definitely think it does.
