And soy caviar sounds so much cleaner and fun than just dipping in a bowl. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a restaurant get a zero star review, definitely looks like the new chef is going in the right direction. Those desserts sounded fantastic, I want one of those coffee thingies! Very cool that the invitation included the Astronomer, he certainly gets to enjoy some good stuff.
