Whenever I was visiting my grandma in Siouz Falls, South Dakota, I used to get those sympathetic looks too. But I love it there! It has some charm! And I definitely always ate well when I was in town!

Now THAT is what I call a meal. The photo of the carpaccio nearly blew my head off. All of your photos look fantastic, and definitely did your meal justice. The soup looks like a big warm hug.

How in the Hell did you guys find room for cake after all of that? You’re like athletes.

MMM yes, southern food is great! Cooked w/soul from the soul. Living in the south, especially the deep south, we are blessed w/such a variety of great and deicious inexpensive eats. Hey this might be a great tour for you and Astronomer, tour the south and indulge yourselves in the southern culture.

Wonderful! I have a close friend from Birmingham and so I know it’s an interesting city. I think people routinely underestimate southern cities, even though no one likes to eat like southerners. No one.

The orange in that lobster photo is lovey, btw.
