I love Chiles en nogada, I was very sad to hear my favorite restaurant that served that dish closed this past year… the sauces do look spectacular

canided cactus…not familiar with it but totally intriguied! this meal looks amazing. while i enjoy mole, i’d have to agree with the astronomer in that the flavor becomes daunting after a while. churros piped with dulce de leche i will be there this week =)!

For this, I could see making a visit to SoCal. Possibly. All of the dishes look wonderful. I can understand how three of those enmoladas might be too much of a good thing.
