  1. It turns out that the thing that finally draws me out of my lurking is the promise of free dessert. What can I say, I’m a glutton.

My favorite sweet treat is, without hesitation, fruit pie. Mixed berry, if I am pressured for a more refined answer.

  2. PICK ME!! I have the biggest sweet tooth!!! I have the root canals to prove it. Yes multiples!

my favorite sweet treat is daifuku’s and in 2nd place is gingersnap cookies!

  3. My favourite dessert has to be a mini fruit tart.. but it has to be done right! So few places do..

  4. custard, definitely custard whether you put it in a napoleon or a creme puff or creme brulee, I absolutely love custard. I might possibly prefer it best just by itself with a dash of nutmeg on top.

  5. oh my…a dessert fest?? too go to be true!

i would have to say a simple fruit salad, creme brulee, or carrot cake 🙂

  6. my favorite dessert is a toss up between a cake my bf’s mom makes called yum yum cake, (sort of like chocolate pudding pie) and boston cream pie….

  7. Me, me, me. Pick me!

I heart Reese’s peanut butter eggs. They make them for other holidays, but the egg is somehow the superior shape for the best chocolate/peanut butter ratio.

  8. I have too much of a sweet tooth to pick just one…but if I must, in the spirit of summer, I choose the not-so-widely-known-and-now-discontinued Cool-a-Coo ice cream sandwich. A favorite treat at Dodger games growing up. It was vanilla ice cream between oatmeal cookies and dipped in a thin layer of chocolate. Perfection. My siblings and I lament the loss on a regular basis.

I don’t have very fancy taste…but I would LOVE to come to this event!

  9. my favorite sweets are dark chocolate sea salt caramels from frans chocolates based out of Seattle WA. Thank goodness they have a mail order business.

  10. too many good desserts to choose from, I would always be happy with a good slice of Tiramisu! 🙂

  11. mMmMMmmM…fluffy water bath cooked flan. none of that thick custard stuffs for me.

tummmy is growling just thinking of the event!!!!

  12. THANK YOU to everyone who submitted an entry!

The original winner was entry #19 Jackie, but she was disqualified because she did not specify her favorite dessert. WAH WAH. I’m tuff as nailz!

The winner winner is #13 G-ma. Congrats!

  13. My absolutely favorite sweet treat is a Sprinkles cupcake, Actually, I take that back, not “a” Sprinkles cupcake but MANY Sprinkles cupcakes!
